MyBiografa is the biography platform of StraDev Company Limited, located in Nairobi, Kenya. The owner-provided contact email is stradevconsultancy@gmail.com. This location does not specify a street address or establish governing-law terms.
Account, enquiry and story information
We store account and contact details, enquiry names, email addresses and messages, and information supplied for a biography project. Story information can include names, dates, places, relationships, photographs, documents, audio, interview answers and project messages. Order and activity records support service administration. Please share only information needed for your project.
Voice recordings and corrections
Recording is optional; you can type instead. Saved recordings and uploaded audio are stored with project files. AI transcription produces a machine transcript, which you can review and edit before saving it as an interview answer. The original recording, machine transcript and edited answer are kept separately. Only the answer you approve is used as interview story input; correcting it does not erase the original transcript or all earlier versions.
AI-assisted processing
The platform uses AI for audio transcription, interview follow-up questions, story analysis and staff-assisted chapter drafting. These requests send relevant audio, approved answers, extracted document text or selected story sources through Lovable AI to the configured model provider. The current implementation uses OpenAI models. AI can make mistakes; generated facts and prose require review, and internal analysis is not a guarantee of historical accuracy.
Hosting and providers
Account, database and private file services are hosted through Lovable Cloud. AI requests are handled through Lovable AI and the configured model provider. Provider processing locations, retention, backup arrangements and training terms have not been fully confirmed for this service. We do not promise that information stays in a particular country or that provider copies are immediately deleted.
Who can access information
Project access is controlled by account and project permissions, including the project customer, assigned staff and authorized administrators. Internal story analysis and editorial notes are staff-only. Customers see selected story-review information and explicitly shared manuscript versions, not every internal draft. Enquiries are restricted to administrators. Hosting and AI providers process information needed for their services. These controls are not a promise of complete confidentiality or end-to-end encryption.
Retention, deletion and versions
The app retains saved files, machine transcripts, answer correction history, manuscript versions and administrative records. You can correct supported answers and remove permitted uploads, but that does not guarantee removal from prior drafts, extracted analysis, provider systems or backups. A complete retention schedule, account-deletion process and backup deletion limits require owner confirmation. No immediate or permanent deletion guarantee is offered.
Permissions and sensitive stories
You are responsible for having permission to supply another person's information, photographs, recordings and other materials. Consider the privacy of living people and obtain appropriate permission before recording or sharing their stories. Avoid unnecessary sensitive information. Do not upload materials you are not entitled to share.
Questions, rights and complaints
You can email stradevconsultancy@gmail.com or use the contact form to ask about access, correction, deletion, AI processing or privacy concerns. The form saves enquiries privately but sends no email confirmation; administrator access and routine monitoring remain unverified. The email address is owner-provided; email verification, delivery and response times have not been independently confirmed. A responsible privacy contact, monitoring and response procedure and applicable rights information still require owner confirmation. Please do not include identity documents or payment details in an enquiry.
Training, marketing and other uses
No publication or marketing permission is obtained by the current signup form, and public examples are fictional demonstrations. The scope of any content licence and provider training or product-improvement arrangements must be confirmed before making assurances about those uses. This notice does not grant a new licence or permission to use your materials for marketing or model training.
