MyBiografa is the biography platform of StraDev Company Limited, located in Nairobi, Kenya. Contact: stradevconsultancy@gmail.com. No street address, registration number or governing-law jurisdiction is specified by this notice.
Using the service
You must provide accurate account information and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for materials submitted through your account and for having permission to share them.
Creative services and agreed scope
The scope, revisions, schedule and deliverables for a biography project are defined by the selected package and any written project agreement. Service descriptions describe proposed project scopes, not a guarantee that staff capacity, printing, shipping or every deliverable is already available. A project-specific agreement is needed for additional work and final delivery arrangements.
AI assistance and editorial review
The platform supports AI transcription, interview follow-up questions, story analysis and staff-assisted chapter drafting. AI output can contain errors and needs human checking. You should review facts and approved answers carefully. Availability of the tools does not establish a verified professional editorial team or completed fulfilment process.
Intellectual property
You retain rights in the personal materials you provide. Rights in final commissioned deliverables will be described in the applicable project agreement. A service-content licence, final-deliverable rights and any proposed additional data use need owner approval and legal review; this page does not add a broad content licence.
Orders, quotes and payments
Creating an account does not charge you. Online orders and quote requests are available; live payments remain disabled. Payment controls are test-only and are not an offer to accept real funds. Premium Legacy Book requires an individually confirmed quote and acceptance of the current quoted price before payment can proceed.
Concerns and cancellations
Email stradevconsultancy@gmail.com or use the contact form for service concerns or questions, and account order controls for supported cancellation or refund requests. A request is not automatic approval or proof that a refund has been paid. Email verification, delivery and response times have not been independently confirmed. The refund and cancellation policy remains subject to confirmation of its effective date. Complaint response arrangements and governing-law or dispute terms still need owner confirmation and legal review.
